How long does regular shipping take? 5-12 business days processing time due to high volume of orders, if it takes any longer we will notify you with an email explaining why. We thank you for your patience! Some orders might get shipped out before hand. 3- 5 Business Days Priority Shipping How do I process a refund? Due to COVID-19 we ARE NOT processing refunds at this time, only replacements for broken items. What is the pre-ordering/back ordering process like? 3 -7 days to process order; 1 - 2 weeks for actual ship time. Are all items actually on hand? Unless otherwise stated, all items are on hand. Do all products fit true to size? Some items may fit true to size where others may run big or small. Please pay attention to the sizing charts.

Here at Luxury Lyfe Boutique we DO NOT take fraudulent/suspicious activity lightly. We believe in integrity and doing good business with our customers. With that being said, any orders that are disputed or marked as fraudulent/suspicious will be followed up with an investigation. First internally then with your local police as well as our local authorities. This is another reason we have seperate processing and shipping times. This gives those fraudulent/suspicious orders time to be detected protecting us as well as our real customers.
